Alriggght everyone! I finished up everything at about 9:20 AM which is great considering Zuri waking up around 8:45 AM. So for breakfast we had oatmeal, sweet potato pancakes (our favorite!) and mangerines. Zoe only wanted sweet potato pancakes when she saw them, she only ate a little of her mangerines. I was happy to see her eat anything! I also made home made orange juice, diluted with a little water because I never give her juice (yeah i’m that Mom lol).
Check out the images below! For lunch I made chickenless noodle soup, replacing chicken with tofu. I am sorry for those who may not know my daughter and I follow a vegan, vegetarian and pescatarian diet all depending on how we feel that day. Enjoy. If you would like the recipe comment below!
